FAMILY RUN RENTAL
Our rental property and business is 100% run by our family - we provide our tenants with comfortable accommodation which is affordable and expertly looked after. We offer 6 month shorthold tenancies and in fact have existing tenants who have been with us in excess of 5 years. All rooms have central heating and all communal areas are thoroughly cleaned weekly. Our bedsits are all very different, one with a balcony, one with a patio area and two with beautiful huge bay windows - all rooms do have original period features.
Our property is situated in a very sought after area 200m from the town centre. It is well positioned on a quiet and freindly victorian road. We also have a private car park for tenants at the rear of the property.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We look after a number of rental properties for local landlords. It is our aim to take away all the worry and stress out of property management by providing a complete service.
We use the very best tenant finding high street agents to select and secure the very best tenants. We then manage the property throughout the rental period for a fixed percentage fee.
We use our tried and tested bank of trades people to ensure quick and efficient maintenance for the tenant while ensuring a cost effective delivery for our landlords.
We deal with all the legislation required to keep your property safe and compliant.
SAFE AND SECURE
As landlords we take our responsibilities very seriously, our property is fully licenced by Ashford Borough Council, with all safety requirements a priority. The property has a modern fire detection system and alarm.
